On cloud nine means extremely happy
That is the feeling we plan for. Julia and Slava started PRC Cloud Nine to design proposals and weddings in Miami.
Today our own team looks after natives and visitors of Miami, from a candlelit room for two to a wedding for two hundred. Flowers and balloons are made by our own team, and our own coordinators are on site to run the day.
We are growing across North and South Florida, and our goal is to plan events around the world.
