A planner runs the vendors and the timeline. A designer decides how the room looks. At Cloud Nine you can book both, with florals made in-house.

Planning questions
All questionsWhat does wedding planning cost?
Day of coordination from $699, partial planning from $1,499 and full planning from $2,599. Design and decor is quoted in writing from your guest count. Photography and video are $329 an hour when you plan with us, $399 without.
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit holds the date and the team, and the balance is due before the event. For short notice we take the full amount. Zelle, Venmo, major credit cards and bank transfers.
Can we reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. We move your event when we hear from you in advance, before the team is on the way, and when the new date and place are available. If the place is taken we help you find another one, and your first payment moves with you.
Is a planner only for large events?
No. We have planned events for as few as 10 guests and as many as 200.
What events do you plan?
Weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and quinceañeras.
Is an event designer the same as a planner?
No. A designer designs and decorates the event. A planner chooses the vendors and runs the logistics, from the venue and caterer to lodging. We offer both, as separate services.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully. We provide a certificate of insurance to you and your venue. Please request it at least 5 business days before the event.
