Day of coordination starts a month before the wedding, partial planning suits you once three or more vendors are booked, and full planning runs from the first venue visit to the last dance. Planning fees cover our time and our team. Venue, catering, decor and rentals are quoted on their own lines, in writing, before you pay anything. Photography and video are cheaper when you plan with us: $329 an hour instead of $399.

A coordinator takes over a month before: vendor schedules, the rehearsal, the procession and the timing through dinner. You stay a guest at your own wedding.

We will not plan a wedding over 200 guests
Above 200 our own team stops being enough to run the room the way we run it. We would rather send you to a planner built for that size than do it badly.
Skip the sparkler exit
[Many] Miami venues ban them, the ones that allow them make you sign a waiver, and the photos take 40 people holding fire near a dress. Cold sparks on the dance floor give the same picture with no permit.

Day of coordination from $699, partial planning from $1,499 and full planning from $2,599. Design and decor is quoted in writing from your guest count. Photography and video are $329 an hour when you plan with us, $399 without.
Are there extra fees?
Venue fees for a rooftop, a private beach or a place outside Miami are told to you before you decide. A travel fee can apply by distance. Permits for some public places are confirmed by your coordinator. Nothing is charged that is not in the written total.
Can we reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. We move your event when we hear from you in advance, before the team is on the way, and when the new date and place are available. If the place is taken we help you find another one, and your first payment moves with you.
Is a planner only for large events?
No. We have planned events for as few as 10 guests and as many as 200.
Is an event designer the same as a planner?
No. A designer designs and decorates the event. A planner chooses the vendors and runs the logistics, from the venue and caterer to lodging. We offer both, as separate services.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully. We provide a certificate of insurance to you and your venue. Please request it at least 5 business days before the event.
When will we receive photos and video?
Photos within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10. Video within 21 business days.
